Holiday Music and Light Display Makes Downtown Dazzle

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – NOVEMBER 12, 2017 – The Jacksonville Children’s Chorus (JCC) continues its tradition of celebrating the holidays downtown by illuminating the outside of its office, located at 225 East Duval Street with festive lights synchronized to recorded songs of the season performed by the JCC’s singers. Holiday, Christmas and Hanukkah songs will be broadcast on 94.5 FM for onlookers to enjoy.

The Fourth Annual Downtown Dazzle begins Friday, November 23, 2017 and continues through New Year’s Eve. Each night at dusk (5:30pm), 14-minute presentations will begin; they will conclude at 9:30 p.m. The synchronized lights are designed by Darren Huffty, a winner of ABC’s Great Christmas Light Fight in 2015. Huffty, along with Miller Electric, will bring the building and its downtown block to life. The sponsor for the event this year is Elena Flats, LLC.

Be sure to make this an annual stop for your families during the holiday season.
