Jeremy Nalley, a northwest St. Johns County resident and student at the Art Institute, recently produced a public service announcement video encouraging pet owners to pick up after their animals. Using neighbors and family members as actors, Nalley created the anti-poo PSA titled, “It’s Your Pup, Pick it Up!”
