Mandarin Museum & Historical Society announces the return of Winter Celebration, an annual community event, on Dec. 3 in Walter Jones Historical Park. This year marks the 21st year that the Mandarin Museum & Historical Society has hosted “Winter Celebration,” back after a two year absence due to COVID restrictions. This annual free event has become a family tradition for many and is well known for opportunities to learn about some exciting local history, enjoy good music, connect with local non-profit organizations, authors and artists, and just have some plain old-fashioned fun. Pictured are portraits of Walter and Edith Mary Jones in the Webb-Jones farmhouse, built in 1875. Visit www.mandarinmuseum.net for more information.
