Local freelance photographer Gary Whiting will share practical tips and actual examples to help you regardless of your skill level or the type of gear you use. His programs are a result of 30+ years of photography experience combined with naturalist training and years of wildlife behavior observation. Not a photographer? You'll still enjoy the beautiful images and an entertaining presentation.Gary is a freelance photographer, instructor, and naturalist specializing in wildlife, landscapes, and adventure images. His work has been featured in Bird Watchers Digest, St Johns Magazine, Wild Birds Unlimited retail video and social media, and various local businesses and publications. He teaches photography in private sessions and in groups at the OLLI continuing education program at UNF. He is also a Florida Master Naturalist and a sales consultant at Wild Birds Unlimited in Fruit Cove FL. This very important and tasty fundraiser will take place on Thursday, March 30th and Friday, March 31st, from 9-2pm. Large order deliveries of 10 or more sandwiches will take place on both days!For those of you who purchased sandwiches last year, you know first-hand how we struck gold with Ben’s Corned Beef. It is tender and delicious! And this year we have a new rye bread manufacturer to add to the eating experience. The sandwiches still come with chips, pickle, mustard, mint, and a bottle of water for only $12...a great deal!! We are also preselling the corned beef by the pound at $25 a pound!Thank you in advance for actively supporting Beth El and our local community! We will again be helping our community by making a donation to The Donna Foundation and Feeding Northeast Florida.
