On Dec. 18, the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library hosted 17 teens for a holiday party. Attendees played video games, made holiday cards for people who are hospitalized over the holidays, watched holiday movies and enjoyed pizza and refreshments. The highlight of the evening was the White Elephant gift exchange.

Ever the helpful volunteers, the teens stayed after the party to clean up. A good time was had by all, including the adults.

“These teens are truly a great group and very deserving of their own special programs, department and anything we can give them,” said the library’s assistant branch manager. Anne S. Crawford. “It’s wonderful to provide them a place to be where they are both welcome and able to be themselves.”
