Description:  Join Peggy of the St. Johns County Audubon as we walk the shore of Matanzas Inlet looking for nesting Wilson’s Plovers and Least Terns. Meet at Matanzas Inlet Riverside parking lot, A1A South, just before the Matanzas Inlet Bridge on the west (right) side of the road. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring sunscreen, hat, binoculars, water, and an eagerness to look for unusual birds in the area. Let’s help Peggy with her monthly data on the birds that frequent this Critical Wildlife Area designated by the FWC.
